97Aestius is a fantastic resort! For us, a family with 22 Swedes ( including children aged 9,11,11,11,12,14,15,16 years) this was a dream place, The loved the beuatiful resort, the swimmingpool, the beach, the food was great, the houses were excellent with just fantastic second floors, but also very good rooms ground. An the very kind staff lead by Rosa! We would love to come back!

100We spend one week at this fantastic place. The villa itself seems a bit small at first sight, but we ended up spending most time outside on the verandah, thus the size of the villa was perfect for us. Our chef - Scaver - did everything possible to sweeten our stay with fantastic cooking and continuous focus on our needs/tastes with regards to food. He did all the shopping, cooking and cleaning in connection with every meal. Just what you need when on holiday - and with privacy as at your own villa instead of in a restaurant. Spa services were also amazing. And Rosie was a good source of information and assistance. All in all a fantastic place, which we cannot praise enough. We will be definitely be back.

87We were a group of 6, and it was an amazing stay. All the staff were super friendly and kind. Only 2 negative aspects: 1. The lighting in the house was a bit too dim and 2. The massage area being right next to the pool is not so enjoyable when children are playing around or the neighbors are playing their music. Other than that, the masseuse was wonderful!

100Aestus Villas is a truly special place. As soon as you walk in the gardens are so tranquil and our villa was stunning. The communal areas are all super clean and well maintained. Communication was easy and the chef was so helpful and made us some great meals. We would definitely book again if we were to return to the area.

98We had a lovely stay at the red coral villa. We were well looked after by all the staff but especially by our fabulous Chef Saidi and Rosie as well as Lillian the Beauty Therapist. The Villa was very clean and tidy with a lovely rustic feel. The gardens and pool area were beautiful with lots of areas for lounging around. Great location for me to do Kite surfing with a fantastic school, 5 minutes walk away at the beach. We would definitely return.

88Our host Lucia was a excellent and helpful. And cared that we had a good time. The place was beautiful and well decorated. Quality towels and bedding. Rose did a wonderful job checking in with us each day. There was nothing to big that they did not help us with. Our chef was very friendly and helpful. She was able to do a great job on most dishes. Some helpful feedback would be. On very hot days we seem to get allot of fly’s our staff did everything they could but it may require porch fly nets in the eating areas and outdoor as it made dinners very difficult. These nets may also help with the mosquitos at night as sometimes they made their way into the bed nets. We loved so much of our stay. …..thank you to all!

90We had an awesome stay at Aestus Villa and really enjoyed our time. However, we had a few problems including:
1) Lack of adequate water pressure for the room upstairs
2) Lack of constant hot water supply for bathing.
3) Advance payment of deposit for broken times. We find it would be more
welcoming for the guests if they would be charged for things broken as they
are leaving or the day before leaving.
Otherwise we had a great stay.

Allow me add a few tips to make the stay better:
-upstairs rooms need to have tiny hole wire mesh to keep out the mosquitoes. the fish net is ok to make air flow ample but the mesh on the windows/open spaces is important to add.
-doors need to be shut religiously from 4pm onwards to avoid mosquitoes getting into the villa.
-new shower in Blue Coral Villa is good but the shower has no curtain so all water falls outside the showering area and gets too messy and not safe. Please let showerhead be smaller so that water does not spill over to outside the showering area.

79Lovely resort, great staff, comfortable villa. Our's was lacking privacy a bit since staff park their bike against it and the guards have a direct view on the veranda. Bedroom upstairs was very rustic and many mosquitos and other animals because open to the 'elements'. For the price it would be good to have A/C in the bedrooms downtairs. Simba was friendly but not very flexible.

My review is based on me traveling with family of small children and our villa was not child friendly - something we did not know ahead of time. Would be great if this could be looked into if target customers are families of young children!

100Thank you for the great vacation: the location was perfect, Diani offers many experiences for any kind of person (Safari excursions, reef excursions, dolphins, kite surf, and so on); the accommodation was perfect, villas are all well equipped, organised and clean; the food was perfect, the staff was perfect: the chef suggested and cooked delicious dishes from breakfast to dinner; the attentions on the details we have received made us feel like cuddled and comfortable. Lucia and Celestino are the great hosts and managers, they provide clients with great advices, sharing their experience and their kindness; they know how to take care of clients from the small to the big things. 100Sorry that we only saw Lucia briefly as we arrived and our kids were in a state after a long drive, but Rosie looked after us amazingly giving us great advice the whole trip, and the spa service was so good we squeezed in a second time on our last night at no notice at all. Skeva our chef cooked incredible food and was so friendly the whole time. Both he and Rosie enabled us to have such a relaxing holiday by being so friendly, engaging and flexible with our "free-range" children (!). Our kids had the most amazing holiday and were very sad to leave, but we hope to come back with another family soon. Thank you all, you are doing a great job.
